Heaven & hell collide in Prague – Xmas edition (IN PICTURES)

Alcohol fueled angels and demons take to the streets of Prague to the dismay of children everywhere.

PRAGUE – December 5 marked the tradition known here in the Czech Republic as Mickulas (St. Nicholas Day). Men and women — undeterred by the -5 degree weather — dressed up as angels and demons, and to a lesser extent Saint Nicholas himself to warn the children of Prague of the horrors that will befall them if they are naughty.

Many laughed, and more cried, but all-in-all, it was a festive evening filled with holiday cheer and random pick-pocketing. Check out our pics below.
