Not sure what to do this weekend? We’ve got you covered.
1. International actress Lisa Wolpe brings her show to Prague
LGTB activist, theater artist, actor, and director Lisa Wolpe’s one-woman show – Shakespeare and the Alchemy of Gender – comes to Prague for two performances at Divadlo Kolowrat as part of PSC400. An activist, a celebrated actress and director, and Founding Producing Artistic Director of the all-female Los Angeles Women’s Shakespeare Company since 1993, Wolpe speaks toward liberation from the “gender box” of expectations, and offers a unique and powerful perspective of courage, resilience and hope against her family’s background of war, suicide and despair. Seats are limited, so get on it.
