2. Celebration of the Romanians
From the Kinsky Garden at the Museum of Ethnography at the National Museum comes a colorful cultural program, the celebration of Romanians in the Czech Republic. Look forward to Romanian folklore, traditional artists and more. Kinsky garden revive varied program consisting of music, dance and scenes of Romanian folklore. Visitors should be prepared for workshops making folk crafts, tasting Romanian foods, events for children and a great photography exhibit.

3. Jazz it up with the Rene Trossman Little-Big Band at Reduta
Don’t miss out on some authentic Chicago blues Saturday evening with the Rene Trossman Little-Big Band at Reduta Jazz Club. Rene Trossman regularly played with musicians such as Buddy Scott, Byther Smiths, Lurrie Bell, Iceman Robinson, Little Mack Simmons, Lorenzo Thompson. With his new band, he’s ready to take on Europe after visiting Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Slovakia. Trossman builds on the legacy of blues musicians in the golden era of the ’50s and ’60s, whether it is or was Otis Rush, Magic Sam or Muddy Waters. Look forward to a roll and rhythm ride!

4. Troja Wine Fest
You had me at wine. Prague’s Troja district is known for its vineyards and wine-making. Since 1999, the City District Prague-Troja in cooperation with the Prague City Gallery has organized the traditional celebrations of wine and young wine in the Troja Castle Garden.
Winemakers will present their products in the courtyard with wine tasting events in the afternoon to be offered with informal seminars about wine in the castle cellars. Feel free to also bring the kiddies as there will also be puppet theater, dance and fencing, games and folk music.
